Delivery terms may differ for each item, however, for orders within the EU, it is usually 2 to 10 business days. Shipping to the UK or USA might take up to 30 business days but usually take up to 14 business days.
DELIVERY BY COURIER (Within Lithuania):

OMNIVA courier will deliver the parcel to your home, office, or any other address of your choice in the major cities of Lithuania on workdays from 8:00 to 22:00. In other areas of Lithuania, the parcels are delivered on working days from 8.00 to 16.00;

You will be required to show proof of identity at the courier's request upon delivery;

Delivery to Kuršių Nerija costs an additional 20 EUR.
WITHDRAWAL OF PARCELS AT OMNIVA POST OFFICE MACHINES:

Pick up your order at the OMNIVA post machine of your choice;

OMNIVA post office machines are open 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.

When your parcel is delivered to the OMNIVA post office machine, you will be notified by SMS and/or by e-mail.

The parcel should be picked up from the OMNIVA post office machine within 7 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us.

When picking up a parcel from the OMNIVA post office machine, you will have to enter the PIN code you received via SMS or show your ID card. When picking up a parcel at the OMNIVA parcel terminal you will have to enter the PIN code received by SMS.

If you notice any damage to the package upon acceptance of the delivery, immediately notify the courier of the delivery and note the package damage report. Once the parcel has been accepted and signed on the consignment note without comment, the parcel shall be deemed to have been delivered in an orderly manner.
